Join us for our upcoming bajo steaming workshop on Saturday, March 8th. This is a 2 hour introduction to the traditional practice of bajo steaming (more modernly known as yoni steam). Bajos are an ancient womb care practice intended to cleanse and heal your wombs health, both  physically and spiritually. This practice has been preserved and passed down from generation to generation and is a staple healing practice of Mexican Traditional Medicine.

This 2 hour container will provide: 

•  an introduction to bajos and their uses/ benefits
• How to prepare and use a bajo
• Provide herbal recipes for PMS, PCOS & physical trauma to the womb
