Sacred Medicine: Healing with Prayer and Indigenous Plant Medicine

Join us for our upcoming healing series “Sacred Medicine: Healing with Prayer & Indigenous Plant Medicine” on Friday, June 21, from 6-7 PM. This learning session will be taught by an Elder, healer, and teacher from the Gila River Indian Community, who will share her wisdom and knowledge of the use of sacred herbs and their application in prayer.

In this series, we will learn about the following indigenous medicines: sage, cedar, sweetgrass, shegoi (creosote), copal, frankincense, and palo santo.

We are asking for a donation of $10-20 for this session (scholarships are available). This is a private event and has limited seating.
