Monarca Center for Healing and Justice is a grassroots community resource center that provides holistic wellness support and education to Arizona’s frontline social justice leaders. We are a collective of directly impacted organizers, healers, and educators that believe we create long-lasting movements by starting with ourselves. Organizers, healers, and educators need spaces dedicated to providing the tools and support they need to avoid burnout and continue their work in the long run.
Through our direct work and experience in movement spaces, we learned radical transformation begins with the healing and empowerment of one’s self. Our programs are designed to offer a decolonial approach to education and provide a safe multi-general space for individual, group, and community healing and learning.
Community Healing and Wellness Program
Quarterly workshops designed to create a safe healing container for frontline organizers, educators, and healing practitioners.
Ancestral Wisdom & Cultural Work Program
We help preserve the culture of our people and movements through art healing, song, podcasts, and storytelling.

The Monarca Center is a radical advocacy space dedicated to justice and liberation, offering tools, education, and training that blend healing with justice.
